Symantec ghost images are just too big. What do you do with them?
Throw them on a Server 2012 box and turn on Dedupe? Use something like Mirage to manage backups and imaging that has its own dedupe functionality. Just backup the profile/documents?

If you have the emails why image the PC. You can always copy documents then wipe the PC, but then again MY Documents should have been redirected to the server anyways.

I would say buy another hard drive and reload the image. Hard drives are cheap enough now days. If you need to access the data, you can plug the old drive onto a machine.
